 Boot Camp Heart Rate is a great way to cap the week off… and maybe even get rid of those extra Friday night calories. Heart Rate incorporates dynamic movements and functional training that utilizes multiple muscles in unison thus creating an environment within the body geared for lean muscle growth, fat burning, muscular endurance, strength and one hell of a workout!  Medicine balls, heavy ropes, and many other non-traditional exercises will be performed throughout the class.
