This class is center around “ALL THINGS CORE.” Abdominals, obliques, core, total body, lower back and strength exercises. This class re-defines core training. CORE CAMP is a closed gym format class that allows FMF trainers to coach each person(s) thus ensuring expedited results, exercise techniques and work ethic.
