Dumbbell Front Squats

Dumbbell Front Squats are a great exercise to progress toward a back squat. They also force you to use your core to stabilize your spine.

Dumbbell Front Squats

  • Rest the weight on your shoulder.
  • Keep your elbows high.
  • Never allow your knees to pass in front of your toes.
