The Workouts – fat loss and leaning up are the focuses of these workouts. Heart rate, weights, and many other gut blasting fat burning training styles are to be performed. We do not over use or under use weights within this program; however, we do place a heavy focus on one’s ability to control their own body. We understand that a healthy balance between resistance training and body weight training coupled with lower and higher repetitions, with limited rest, is the key to burning fat and leaning up.
Monthly Workout Guide – this guide plans out your month for you. All the guessing is eliminated and your online personal training has now started. The “Fitness” workout guide blends four days together that consist of lower body, upper body and two total body circuits. Even better, the guide tells you what to do on your off days.
Meal Plan – this meal plan is specifically formulated to help you burn fat and even speed up your metabolism. It is even formulated to coincide with the exact workouts that you will be doing with this program. Treat this meal plan as more of a guide and less of a diet. Feel free to supplement some foods out with similar (i.e. nutritionally similar) foods that you may like more. The key here is learning how to eat. Lastly, some of the meals will need to be switched around if you workout at different times than what the guide calls for.
