Power Jump Step Up

Power Jump Step Up is a great plyometric exercise that can be performed in two ways, a fitness version and an athletic performance version.

Power Jump Step Up Key Points:

  • Don’t step too far back on landing.
  • Keep your toes up in the dorsiflexed position.

  • Plyo Box/Bench/etc
