1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tsp cracked black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp smart heart light butter
1 tsp honey
1 medium onion, diced
4 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 orange bell pepper, sliced
2 medium apples, sliced
2½ cups organic raw apple juice
½ cup orange juice
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
1 tsp cinnamon

Slow Cooker Pork Directions

1. Put ingredients apple juice to cinnamon into a crock pot
2. Place the first tsp of black pepper and the oats into a food processor; puree the oats until you get a flour
3. Place the oat flour into a large casserole dish, then roll the pork tenderloins in the flour
4. Heat a pan over medium-high heat; add the tbsp of olive oil; gently shake off the pork and place inside the pan; let the pork cook on each side 2-3 minutes until golden brown (may take a bit longer than 2-3 minutes per side)
5. Remove the pork from the pan and place it into the crock pot
6. Wipe the pan to remove any black flour; place tbsp smart heat butter into the pan over medium heat
7. Add the onions, garlic, and honey into the pan and mix; sauté, stirring occasionally, until onions have turned golden = 8 minutes about
8. Then add the apple slices to the onion mixture and sauté until they are golden = 5-8 minutes about
9. Add the bell peppers to the pan and sauté until they are softened slightly = 2-3 minutes
10. Put the apples and onion mixture into the crock pot on top of the pork
11. Turn the crock pot onto low and cook 6-8 hours
