Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Ingredients

1-2 roasted red pepper (depends on size)red-pepper-hummus
¼ cup low fat mayonnaise or low fat / non fat Greek yogurt
1 lime juiced
½ lime zest
1 15oz can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
2 garlic cloves
½ tsp chili powder
¼ tsp ground cumin
1 tbsp olive oil

Directions

1) Puree in food processor until smooth
2) Slowly drizzle in olive oil as the food processor is running
3) Chill in the refrigerator
**Works great for a sandwich spread, like chicken or turkey Panini**
