Is this cross-fit you ask? And we say ABSOLUTELY NOT! FMF Max incorporates cross-energy training, as do cross-fit, but in an educated manner that is much more hardcore and at the same time safer. FMF Max was created to incorporate movements and exercise orders that are geared to increase athleticism, muscular endurance, cardiovascular enhancement and power while drastically reducing fat levels. Athletes who are engaged in sports that require muscular endurance, power, and movements in all planes of motion will benefit immensely from Max; MMA, soccer, ice hockey, lacrosse, and many others…
