 Tactical Workouts are geared to increase Strength & Power through functional training without adding on significant muscle mass. The goal is to become the quickest, strongest and leanest athlete possible. Tactical workouts focus on power lifting, Olympic weightlifting, heavy ropes, plyometrics, hurdle jumping, and many other styles of training. Regardless of your combative sport Tactical will surely make you the strongest grappler or at least the leanest.
