Superman Plank

The Superman Plank is a great way to light up your core with nothing but your own body weight , this is definitely one of the hardest modifications that you can make to a basic plank.

Superman Plank Key Points:

  • Maintain lodorsis in the spine.
  • Try to get your arms out as far as possible with control.
