Personal training has begun to evolve and the virtual world is taking the lead. Results come due to the exertion of energy (i.e. burning calories) that was not being done before the program. However, I pose this question, if I told you to start walking every night after dinner for 30 minutes and you have never exercised will you see results? Now let’s say I tell you to run instead of walking, will you see more results?
The last broad commonality amongst at home programs is that they are generally for one type of person. Unfortunately a one size fits all approach to training is completely faulty.
