    • Pop the weight with your hips, don’t raise with your shoulder.
    • Explode up with your legs when your press.

  • Push Up Renegade Row

    • Place your hands directly underneath your shoulders.
    • Keep your hands slightly angled.

  • Jump Rope

    EOW: Jump Rope

    • Avoid landing on the ground flat footed Maintain a dorsiflexed position.
    • Incorporate multiple variations into your routine.

    EOW: One Arm Dumbbell Swing

    • Pop the weight with your hips, don’t raise with your shoulder.
    • Maintain proper posture when picking up the weight.
