Yogurt French Toast

Ingredients

½ cup skim Milkyogurt french toast
½ cup skim Yogurt, vanilla or plain
2 eggs, 1 egg white (beaten)
2 tbsp Stevia (or 1 tbsp light agave syrup or honey)
1-2 tsp Cinnamon (depends on how much you like cinnamon)
8-10 pieces of whole grain bread

Directions

1. Whisk all well
2. Dip bread in sauce, let soak until completely moist, flip; soak the bread but do not make it completely soggy
3. Spray a griddle that’s on medium to medium-low heat; use very little butter if desired, preferably smart heart light butter
4. Fry on griddle 3-5 minutes per side until golden; do not overcook, outside should be golden
**If using plain yogurt, you may want to add 2 tbsp of agave for added sweetness (agave is low glycemic)**
**If using plain yogurt, add 1 tsp vanilla extract to the liquid**
